BAM Ice cream mix is an excellent mix for making ice cream and ice cream confectionery at home. The mixture creates a delicious, fluffy and light homemade ice cream with the taste of a milk flower, for which we do not need an ice cream machine. The preparation is very simple: mix the ice cream mix with whipped sweet cream. You can add BAM vanilla paste or various flavored BAM toppings. Our spreads go well with ice cream - Chocolate, Hazelnut or Pistachio spread! You can also add a biscuit bottom or crispy and various fruit purees to the ice cream mix. You can create a variety of ice cream desserts such as cakes and desserts in jars.

We have prepared an excellent mixture for you, homemade ice cream with the taste of milk blossom.

BAM ice cream mix (150 g) is an ice cream base that will impress you with its easy and extremely fast preparation, ideal for when you are in a hurry to prepare desserts for an unexpected event or visit. The mixture will create a delicate and fluffy ice cream that you can also use to make desserts such as cakes and desserts in a glass. You can add various toppings to the BAM ice cream base to taste, such as vanilla paste, our excellent spreads - Chocolate, Hazelnut or Pistachio spread, various purees and toppings, biscuits or biscuit, crispy and other toppings to taste. With BAM Ice Cream Mix you can also prepare various ice cream confections, it works great in cakes and desserts in glasses.

The possibilities for use are many, let your imagination run wild and prepare excellent desserts.

Ingredients and nutritional values

Ingredients

Sugar, dextrose, dried glucose syrup, vegetable fats (palm, palm kernel), whey powder, maltodextrin, emulsifiers: E472a, E471, animal gelatin, milk proteins, flavourings.

May contain traces of soybeans, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachio nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds.

How to store

Store at temperature between 15-20°C in a dry and dark place. Room temperature should not exceed 25°C. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerated storage. Keep in a tightly closed container.

Instructions

Whip the unsweetened cream (500ml) until soft peaks begin to form.
Add Ice cream mixture powder (150g) to whipped cream and whisk very well. You can add different flavourings or toppings at this point.
Place in the freezer for at least 40 minutes. Store in the freezer.

The amount of mixture and cream can be adjusted accordingly to prepare smaller quantities.

Choco tip: Add BAM nut spreads, fruit puree, BAM vanilla paste, cookies or biscuits to taste.

What is the status of my order?

We will always notify you of changes to the status of your order by e-mail so that you can keep track of the progress of your order. This way you will receive a notification when your order has been successfully accepted for processing and when the package has been dispatched. If you receive a notification that a package has been dispatched, the package will most likely be with you the next working day or the day after at the latest.
