  • 2 teaspoons BAM vanilla paste

In a large bowl, whip the cream until almost firm and soft peaks start to form on the surface. Be careful not to go beyond this stage, as too much whipped cream will affect the texture of the ice cream.Once this texture has been reached, gradually add the BAM ice cream mix and the BAM vanilla paste. Continue mixing with a hand-held electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and homogeneously mixed.Finally, stir in the pumpkin oil. For optimum flavour, add 1-2 tablespoons of pumpkin seed oil, which will give the ice cream a subtle, nutty flavour. Add a few more roasted pumpkin seeds and stir well to distribute the oil and pumpkin seeds evenly in the ice cream mixture.

Place the vanilla ice cream with pumpkin oil in the freezer for at least 40 minutes. This will allow the ice cream to set and develop its full flavour.*BAM Tip: For an even more intense flavour, drizzle a little more pumpkin oil over the top of the ice cream.
