You can use strawberry topping as a topping for pancakes, to brighten up the taste of plain yoghurt or as a topping for fluffy waffles. Strawberry topping is great for making smoothies, making a refreshing lemonade or enjoying a strawberry milkshake. Its refreshing taste and pleasant smell make it perfect for your next cheesecake, and together with BAM Dark Chocolate, it''s an indispensable addition to your strawberry chocolate cake. This product is gluten-free.

BAM Strawberry Dressing is a (200 g) fruit preparation containing at least 70% strawberries. It will delight you with its refreshing taste, which is perfect for making refreshing summer lemonade, and can also be used to make a simple strawberry milkshake. With its distinctive strawberry flavour, it will brighten up plain yoghurt, ice cream or add the icing on the cake to freshly baked pancakes. Thanks to its mushy texture, BAM Strawberry Topping is also suitable as a chocolate cake filling or to brighten up your next cheesecake with its enviable red colour . Add it to smoothies, oatmeal for sweetness, use it to make chocolate muffins, and scent your kitchen with the pleasant smell of strawberries when you''re preparing your next panna cotta.

Strawberries (55 %), sugar, strawberry juice (15 %) from concentrated strawberry juice, water, modified corn starch (E 1442), acid (citric acid), concentrated black root juice, natural flavour, preservative (E 202).

How to store

The dressing should be stored in a cool place, at a maximum temperature of 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 20°C and the product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. After opening, keep tightly closed, refrigerated and use as soon as possible.
