BAM Ruby chocolate is a premium pink chocolate. The natural pink color is given to it by a special variety of cocoa beans. Chocolate does not contain any colors and aromas and has a fruity-sour taste. It can be used to prepare creams, wraps, pralines ... Ruby chocolate impresses everyone, even the most demanding ones. Chocolate is gluten free.

BAM Ruby chocolate is a completely new chocolate and a remarkable discovery, not only in terms of taste but also in color. Ruby pink chocolate does not contain any colorings or flavors. The beautiful pink color is given to it by a special variety of cocoa beans that have a natural pink color. They grow in Ecuador, Brazil and Côte d'Ivoire. It has a very special taste, which is neither bitter nor milky or sweet, but a slightly creamy and at the same time fruity and sour berry taste are intertwined. Small drops enable very easy and fast melting and precise dosing. It can be used in the preparation of creams, dressings, wraps, pralines ... It is ideal when we want to add new and interesting color and flavors to desserts.

BAM baking products are intended for both, home creators as well as professional confectioners who whish to take their baking creations to a next level.

Sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, acid: citric acid, natural vanilla flavouring.

Dry cocoa solids: 48,8%. Dry milk solids: 27,8%.

How to store

Store at temperature between 15-20°C ina dry and dark place. Room temperature shouldnot exceed 25°C. The product shouldnot be exposed to direct sunlight.Avoid refrigerated storage.
