BAM milk chocolate is a universal, premium chocolate. Milk chocolate with at least 35.1% cocoa solids, real cocoa butter and vanilla provide a creamy and light texture. With its creamy texture and subtle caramel flavour, BAM Milk Chocolate is the perfect accompaniment to your ice creams, biscuits, cookies, custards or other chocolate structures. It can also be an indispensable companion for breakfasts, as it is the perfect accompaniment to cereals. It is shaped into smaller droplets which allow for faster and more even melting. The chocolate is gluten-free.

The BAM collection of chocolate and cocoa confectionery products is made up of carefully selected chocolates and cocoa of the highest quality and proven great taste. BAM Milk Chocolate (1 kg) will delight you with its creamy and light texture , making it an indispensable ingredient in chocolate recipes with milk chocolate. Our largest pack of BAM Dark Chocolate is suitable for when you need a larger quantity of chocolate for a variety of desserts, chocolate decorations, creams, toppings, biscuits or other creamy textures . It can also be used for modelling. You can also have our largest pack at home if you''re less likely to make desserts, as it comes in a convenient packing that prevents the chocolate from losing its authentic smell or taste once opened. The chocolate contains at least 35,1% cocoa solids, real cocoa butter and real vanilla, which results in an authentic chocolate taste. It is extremely creamy and has a fine caramel flavour.

Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour.

Minimum 35,1 % cocoa solids, minimum 21,8 % milk solids and minimum 6 % milk fat.

How to store

Chocolate should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the chocolate should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid storing chocolate in a refrigerator.

What is the status of my order?

We will always notify you of changes to the status of your order by e-mail so that you can keep track of the progress of your order. This way you will receive a notification when your order has been successfully accepted for processing and when the package has been dispatched. If you receive a notification that a package has been dispatched, the package will most likely be with you the next working day or the day after at the latest. How do I take advantage of the promo code?
