Chocolate mousse pie is so chocolatey, so fluffy, so rich, so creamy. This chocolate mousse pie is absolutely perfect and incredibly easy to make! The chocolate mousse pie is made with just a few basic ingredients: chocolate, marshmallows, butter, milk, whipping cream, vanilla paste, and Oreo cookies.

Chocolate mousse cake is a cake for all true chocolate lovers. It is fluffy. It is rich in flavor. It is simply so chocolaty.

To make the chocolate mousse really fluffy, you need to whip the whipping cream well. A task that sounds so simple, but can quickly go wrong. The cream needs to be well chilled so that it can be whipped well. Don't forget the whisks and the bowl you'll be whipping it in. These utensils should also be kept well refrigerated.

Add vanilla sugar while whipping to help it whip better. Start whipping on medium speed, then continue whipping on high speed for about 1 minute.   • 28 g salted butter, divided into four pieces
  • 130 g BAM drops of milk chocolate
  • 65 g BAM drops of dark chocolate
  • 100 g mini marshmallows
  • 80 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon BAM vanilla paste
  • 415 ml whipped cream
  • one package of crushed OREO cookies

for the topping:

  • 235 ml whipping cream
  • 25 g sugar
  • BAM Popping Chocolate Candy

Instructions:

preparation of the pie:

In a large saucepan, combine the butter, milk, BAM Milk Chocolate Drops, BAM Dark Chocolate Drops and marshmallows. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate and marshmallows are melted. Be patient, it may take a while for the marshmallows to melt. Remove the mixture from the heat, stir in the BAM vanilla paste and pour into a large mixing bowl. Let it cool to room temperature, this will take about 45-60 minutes. Beat the whipping cream until very stiff peaks form. Fold into the cold chocolate mixture.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared crushed Oreo cookies (available in almost all stores). Spread the chocolate mixture evenly and spread it in an even layer. Chill the chocolate mousse in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
