We have created the Confectionery set Ice pops for all those who want to become a true pastry chef. Slovenian dessert artist Laura Črnivec (Yauya) shows you how to make creamy ice cream pops in her online course at the BAM Pastry Academy using our BAMbastic flavours. Become a pastry master with us!

The Ice Cream pops confectionery set contains BAM ice cream mix (150 g), vanilla paste (50 ml), cocoa powder (500 g), salted caramel topping (200 ml), coconut with wafers topping (200 ml), hazelnut (200 g) and pistachio spread (200 g) and enviable Ruby chocolate (250 g). This confectionery set is perfect for making desserts in the summer time, when you can use the right ingredients to make enviable creamy ice cream pops. Fluffy and creamy ice cream pops can be made without an ice cream maker. The BAM ice cream mix has a pleasantly neutral taste, while the creamy spreads and flavour-packed toppings will keep everyone's taste buds happy. Ruby chocolate, with its slightly sour taste, provides freshness and refreshment, while vanilla paste, not only tastes good but also looks attractive.

Ingredients and nutritional values

How to store

BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.
