Sweet coconut bombs that anyone can make! With BAM products designed for baking confectionery, the balls will be juicy and the coconut will stick to them perfectly. If you love nuts, you can add almonds, hazelnuts or other nuts in the centre. Take a look at our recipe and make your own coconut balls. If you like, you can add a spoonful or two of BAM White Coconut Topping to the dough itself to make your favourite summer coconut balls.

  • 1 tablespoon BAM white coconut spread (optional)
  • 250 g BAM white chocolate
  • 80 g butter
  • 80 ml sweet whipping cream
  • 100 g coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon BAM vanilla paste

Instructions:

Shake the BAM white chocolate in a large bowl. Then add the butter and sweet cream to another saucepan and bring to a moderate heat.

Just before the mixture comes to the boil, remove the pan from the heat and add a teaspoon of BAM vanilla paste. Stir well. Pour the hot mixture over the white chocolate and leave to stand for a few minutes to soften the chocolate.

Stir until a smooth chocolate cream forms. Place the cream in a room at room temperature and allow to cool. Then place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.

Once the cream has set, it is ready to be moulded. You can use a teaspoon to help you scoop up the hardened cream and then shape it into balls with your hands. Roll each one in coconut flakes.

Place the balls on a platter or in cups and serve to your eager guests. Enjoy!
