It contains at least 29% almonds and at least 14% coconut, finely ground together into a creamy paste that creates a wonderfully delicate and creamy spread texture. The spread is ideal for making exquisite confectionery, and is also perfect for filling croissants, pies and other pastries. It is also excellent as a topping for ice cream, as a spread on pancakes and bread, and can be used to make a delicious mousse. It is gluten-free.

The combination of almond and coconut paste and creamy milk is just right to create an absolutely delicious, creamy white spread. This spread is a wonderful addition to our daily menu and can be used to spice up our breakfasts, lunches, dinners and desserts, as it has a divine coconut and almond flavour. The spread is palm oil-free, GMO-free and gluten-free and can be enjoyed by all those who are gluten-averse. BAM White Coconut Spread is ideal for making premium confectionery, creams and mousses. It can be added as a filling to croissants, pies and other pastries or simply spread on bread, pancakes or added to ice cream and fruit.

Almond paste (29 %), cane sugar, vegetable fats (sunflower oil, cocoa butter), coconut paste (14 %) (50 % coconut, sugar, flavourings), lactose, whole milk powder, sunflower oil, natural vanilla flavour.

This product may contain traces of hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts, cashew nuts, American walnuts, Queensland walnuts, cashew nuts, sesame and soya.

How to store

The spread should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerated storage.

What is the status of my order?
