Place the coconut oil and dark chocolate in a small glass bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave and heat at 10-second intervals until the ingredients are melted and combined. If you don''t have a microwave, you can melt the chocolate using a water bath. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water (making sure the bowl does not touch the water) and stir until the chocolate and oil are completely melted.

In a large bowl, mix together the ground biscuits, caster sugar, cocoa powder, rum, a pinch of salt, coconut oil and melted chocolate. Stir well to form a uniform mixture.
