Their texture, which combines the crispness of the outer part with the juiciness and softness of the inner part, requires precise following of the recipe and patience in execution.

So you can enjoy the authentic taste of French macarons right at home, without unnecessary stress and complicated procedures.

Just mix the BAM macaron mix with 50 ml of cold water and you have a docile mixture that can be used to make up to 20 macarons.
