Raspberry sorbet is a refreshing and delicious dessert that can be made anytime and is perfect as a Valentine''s Day dessert. Sorbet is the perfect way to bring a sweet end to a romantic meal. The vibrant colour and sweet-savoury taste of raspberries make it the perfect dessert.Raspberry sorbet is made with fresh raspberries, sugar and water.

But how do you make raspberry sorbet?


Clean the raspberries with sugar and water, then leave them to cool. The mixture is then churned in an ice cream maker or frozen in a container and stirred occasionally until it reaches the desired consistency. The result is a light and refreshing sorbet with a light pink colour and a delicious raspberry flavour.

BAM Tip: The fresher the raspberries, the better the sorbet will taste. When choosing the sugar, you can use plain crystal sugar or a natural sweetener such as honey, agave or maple syrup.
