  • 200 g BAM hazelnut protein spread with cocoa
  • 100 g of ground oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon BAM vanilla paste
  • 50 g ground hazelnuts

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, combine the BAM hazelnut protein spread with cocoa, oats and vanilla paste. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Add the ground hazelnuts to the mixture and mix well again.

Place the bowl in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up the mixture a little.

Shape the cooled mixture into small balls (about the size of a walnut kernel) and enjoy the taste.Tip: for extra texture, roll the balls in coconut flour or chopped hazelnuts.
