Vanilla seeds are also added to the paste to make your dishes look even more attractive. The perfect addition to your cakes and desserts such as panna cotta, creme brulee, custard or vanilla ice cream.

  • 5g baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 115ml milk
  • 50ml oil
  • vanilla paste
  • 115ml boiling water

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, except boiling water.

Mix the two mixtures together, then add the boiling water.

Fill the moulds (2/3) and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Make the cream as described and then fill the bag and decorate the COLD cupcakes and garnish as desired.
