Ingredients:

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon BAM vanilla paste
  • pinch of salt
  • 400 g BAM dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons sweet cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 500 g flour
  • a packet of dry yeast
  • a handful of coarsely ground hazelnuts

Instructions:

preparation procedure:

Break 200g of chocolate into small pieces and melt over a water bath. Add 3 tablespoons of sweet cream to make a smooth paste.

In another bowl, whisk the softened butter with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir in the slightly cooled melted chocolate.

Beat the eggs separately and then add them to the chocolate mixture with the honey. Then slowly stir in the flour and yeast, the hazelnuts and the small pieces of chocolate.

Leave the dough to rest for about 1 hour.

Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper and place the dough mounds (not too high) on it. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Garnish with a whole hazelnut or melted chocolate.
