In addition to Aperol, BAM White Chocolate and BAM Orange Chocolate play a starring role in this wonderful dessert. BAM white and BAM orange chocolate, which together create a wonderful harmony of flavours. ✨ Quickly prepared, ideal for all occasions - from get-togethers to a night of sweetening up in front of the TV. ? INGREDIENTS: 200 g BAM Orange Chocolate 100 g BAM white chocolate 225 ml sweet cream 20 ml Aperol PROCESS: 1. To make the orange mousse, first heat 150 ml of sweet cream almost to boiling. Once the cream is heated, pour it over the BAM orange chocolate. Stir gently until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is silky. Then stir in the Aperol for the perfect combination of refreshing flavour and sweetness. 2. For the white mousse, repeat the process but without the Aperol. In another bowl, heat 75 ml of sweet cream, then pour it over the BAM white chocolate. Stir until you reach a smooth, creamy consistency. 3. Place both chocolate mixtures in the fridge for at least one hour to chill well. Once chilled, whip them with an electric mixer until they have the light and airy texture of mousse. 4.
