The BAM Tricolor Cake Pack includes BAM white, BAM milk and BAM strawberry chocolate. The combination of chocolate flavours is reminiscent of childhood, of the tri-colour ice cream that was never missing from any freezer cupboard. A classic trio of flavours that work perfectly together to create a variety of cakes, desserts in jars, mousses or other chocolate textures. The sweetness of the white chocolate is tempered by the strawberry chocolate, while the milk chocolate adds contrast to the desserts, along with a creamy texture and a caramel flavour. The chocolates are in the form of small drops which allow easy and even melting. The products are GLUTEN-FREE.

The BAM brand was created to bring premium chocolates and other baking products closer to households. A carefully selected line of high-quality confectionery products has so far only been available to top pastry chefs, but now you can create with them too. Become a pastry chef with us!

The Tricolor Cake Pack consists of BAM White Chocolate (250 g), BAM Milk Chocolate (250 g) and BAM Strawberry Chocolate (250 g). The classic trio of flavours, which reminds many of childhood, come together perfectly in a variety of desserts. It is particularly popular in the Planica cake, and the chocolates are also suitable for various chocolate structures, ganache cream, dessert in jars and other chocolate structures. The sweetness of the white chocolate is broken up by the flavour of the strawberry chocolate, to which strawberry flavour is added to provide a playful decoration to the desserts, while the sweetness of the white chocolate is enhanced by the strawberry flavour. BAM milk chocolate, in addition to its caramel flavour, provides a contrast with its chocolate brown colour. The chocolates are packaged in convenient packaging that prevents the chocolate from losing its authentic smell or taste once opened.

BAM baking products are for all home bakers and professional confectioners who want to add the finishing touch to their confectionery.

How to store

BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.

What is the status of my order?

We will always notify you of changes to the status of your order by e-mail so that you can keep track of the progress of your order. This way you will receive a notification when your order has been successfully accepted for processing and when the package has been dispatched. If you receive a notification that a package has been dispatched, the package will most likely be with you the next working day or the day after at the latest. How do I take advantage of the promo code?
