BAM Passion Fruit Dressing is a fruit preparation containing more than 70% of the pleasantly sour passion fruit. Passion fruit is an extremely aromatic fruit with a pleasantly sour taste and as such it is perfectly paired with desserts with a delicate and sweet texture such as panna cotta or the increasingly popular cheesecake. It is also a happy accompaniment to desserts made with BAM white chocolate, breaking up their sweetness. Its vivid colour not only adds a pleasantly refreshing taste to desserts, but also makes them look and taste delightful. The refreshing taste of the fruit preparation also makes it suitable for making refreshing cocktails or other drinks, which are an indispensable ingredient for summer garden parties. The product is gluten-free.

Passion fruit juice (70%) from concentrated passion fruit juice, sugar, modified corn starch (E 1442), natural flavour, acid (citric acid), preservative (E202).

How to store

The dressing should be stored in a cool place, at a maximum temperature of 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 20°C and the product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. After opening, store tightly closed in a refrigerator and use within 5 days.

What is the status of my order?

We will always notify you of changes to the status of your order by e-mail so that you can keep track of the progress of your order. This way you will receive a notification when your order has been successfully accepted for processing and when the package has been dispatched.
