In the package you will find BAM GOLD, golden chocolate, prestigious white chocolate enriched with caramel and caramelised milk, BAM Pistachio Spread, BAM Coconut Waffle Topping, BAM Salted Caramel Topping and BAM Coconut Oil Spray. Product description

The BAM brand was created to bring premium chocolates and other baking products closer to households. A carefully selected line of high-quality confectionery products has so far only been available to top pastry chefs, but now you can create with them too. Become a pastry chef with us!

The pancake pack contains BAM GOLD, golden chocolate (250 g), naturally golden in colour, characterised by an intense caramel flavour with a subtle salty note and a creamy silky texture, BAM Pistachio Spread(200 g), containing at least 50 % pistachios finely ground into pistachio paste, giving it an authentic pistachio taste, BAM Coconut Waffle Dressing (200 ml), just the right crunchytexture, as it containscombines the flavours of white chocolate, coconut flakes and crispy wafers, and BAM Salted Caramel Dressing (200 g), which boasts a creamy texture and the luxurious taste of just the right amount of salted caramel. The pack also includes BAM Coconut Oil Spray (200 ml), made from the kernel of the flesh of the ripest coconuts, known for its health-giving properties and versatility in the kitchen.

BAM baking products are for all home bakers and professional pastry chefs who want to add the icing on the cake.

Ingredients and nutritional values

How to store

BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.

Pistachio spread, 200 g

Ingredients

Pistachio paste (50%), cane sugar, anhydrous butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, salt from Cervia.

This product may contain traces of hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, American walnuts, Queensland walnuts, cashew nuts, sesame and soya.
