Instructions

Hand wash at 40～50℃. Before drying, stretch the cotton bag well and dry it stretched on a drying rack. Not suitable for machine washing or tumble drying. Do not use detergents with bleaching agents.

What is the status of my order?

We will always notify you of changes to the status of your order by e-mail so that you can keep track of the progress of your order. This way you will receive a notification when your order has been successfully accepted for processing and when the package has been dispatched. If you receive a notification that a package has been dispatched, the package will most likely be with you the next working day or the day after at the latest. You can also check the status and processing of your order in your user account (if you have registered).

How do I take advantage of the promo code?
