The Fruit Fillings confectionery set consists of BAM vanilla cream, raspberry jam, strawberry chocolate and white chocolate, accompanied by BAM vanilla paste to enhance the taste and look. The creamy and sweet texture of the vanilla cream can be complemented by the fruity raspberry jam to create the perfect refreshing dessert in a glass. The raspberry fruit topping also goes well with sweet white chocolate, and together with the vanilla paste and strawberry chocolate, it can be combined to create a delicious fruit cake filling.

The BAM Pastry Pack Fruit Fillings was created for all those who want to become true pastry masters. Pastry artist Ana Lemič shows you how to make fruit fillings in her online training at the BAM Pastry Academy using our BAMbastic flavours. Become a master with us!

The Fruit Fillings confectionery set consists of BAM vanilla cream (350 g), raspberry jam (200 g), strawberry chocolate (250 g), white chocolate (500 g) and BAM vanilla paste (50 ml) to enhance the taste and look. The creamy and sweet texture of the vanilla cream can be complemented with a fruity raspberry topping to create the perfect refreshing dessert in a glass. The raspberry fruit topping is also a pleasure to pair with sweet white chocolate, and together with the vanilla paste and strawberry chocolate, it can be combined to create a flavour-packed fruit filling for a cake. Strawberry chocolate is also suitable for making chocolate mousse. As vanilla seeds are added to the vanilla paste, it will not only taste great, but will also make the desserts look attractive.

BAM baking products are for all home bakers and professional pastry chefs who want to add the icing on the cake.

Ingredients and nutritional values

How to store

BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. After opening, keep the Raspberry Fruit Dressing tightly sealed in the refrigerator and use within 5 days.
